Return and Refund Policy

All Dr Kim Headlights come with a 1-year warranty which covers factory defects. It does not cover damages from misuse or accidents. 

Most users will use their device at least 5 years with proper care. We also have users who have been using their Dr Kim Headlight for about 10 years! 

Please feel free to contact us at info@genesisonemedical with any concerns, even if it's outside of your warranty or non-factory damages. We appreciate every opportunity to make things right, and will do our best to accommodate a favorable outcome for you. 

Open packs of face shields are not eligible for returns.
