Refund Policy

All Dr. Kim Headlights come with a 1-year warranty covering factory defects. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or accidents. 

With proper care, most users can expect their device to last at least 5 years, and many have reported using their Dr. Kim Headlight for up to 10 years! Please note that batteries may need to be purchased throughout the life of the headlight to maintain optimal performance.

Please note that opened packs of face shields are not eligible for returns.
