Yes, you can even use our face shields with your glasses and magnification accessories.

Less than 2 hours

A fully charged battery can last up to 12 hours depending on your brightness setting.

Be sure to have the metal contacts of the battery properly aligned with the contacts of the charger. Feel free to contact us if you continue to have this issue after trying this solution.

The most common reason is the lack of battery power. Please check the following: the battery is placed properly, the brightness dial is not in the off position (turned downward), the battery is charged. Feel free to contact us if you continue to have this issue after trying these solutions.

IPD (interpupillary distance) sometimes known as PD (pupillary distance) is the distance between your pupils. 

The easiest way to measure IPD is to phone a friend. Ask the person to stand 12-16 inches away (your typical working distance) and measure the distance between your pupils in millimeters (mm) while you focus on your friend’s nose.

Alternatively, you can ask your ophthalmologist or optometrist for a measurement. They may measure your IPD for far vision. If so, subtract 2 mm from their measurement to adjust for your typical working distance.

All Dr Kim Headlights come with a 1-year warranty which covers factory defects. It does not cover damages from misuse or accidents. 

Most headlights will last at least 5 years with proper care. We also have users who have been using their Dr Kim Headlight for about 10 years!
